Rumble's Invite-Only Partner Program Offers Creators Up to 90% of Ad Revenue
The bar is 10 streams or uploads through Rumble Studio in 30 days, with no subscriber or watch-hour minimums. The exact terms are shared privately

Rumble has opened a Partner Program that it says lets creators “keep up to 90% of ad revenue.” Creator posts celebrating acceptances spread across X on November 5.
CEO Chris Pavlovski announced the change on October 29: “On November 1st, we’re flipping the script — we’re going 90/10 on eligible video ads.” He said creators “will get up to 90% revenue share on eligible video pre-rolls, mid-rolls, and host-read sponsorship ads.” In a follow-up post, he said the program is for both VOD and livestream creators.
What Rumble confirms
- Invitation only: Rumble’s program page says it’s “by invitation only.” Creators request access, a partnerships team reviews each request, and approved creators get their invitation and terms by email.
- Up to 90%: the page says “keep up to 90% of ad revenue,” and Pavlovski describes it as “90/10 on eligible video ads.”
- Requirements: “Stream or upload at least 10 times using Rumble Studio over the last 30 day window.” There are “no subscriber or watch-hour minimums.”
- Staying Active: Rumble’s help article, last updated November 3, says a video counts if it’s published from Rumble Studio, public and approved for monetization. The count uses a rolling 30-day window. If it drops below 10, benefits pause, but you stay in the program.
- Benefits: Active Partners get a higher ad share on all their videos, not only those made in Studio, plus a higher share of Studio host-read revenue and a daily “Premium Share” based on how much Rumble Premium subscribers watch their content.
- Optional and free: joining costs nothing, and creators outside the program keep earning as they do today.
What isn’t public yet
Rumble says “exact terms are shared one-on-one with approved creators.” It hasn’t publicly defined which ads count as “eligible,” or what decides whether a creator gets the full 90% or less. Unconfirmed: Posthype (secondary) reports that Rumble’s public terms of use, as it read them on November 2, still listed a 40% agency fee and other cost deductions. We haven’t independently checked how those terms interact with the new program. WIN.gg (secondary) reported on Pavlovski’s message to creators about the change.
Creator reactions
Creators posted screenshots of their acceptance. @TheRealTombi thanked Rumble and Pavlovski “for the incredible opportunities, tools, and access provided over the last four years.” @SoundBoardLord wrote, “I’m just as shocked as you are. Thanks rumble!!”, and @llamatodd posted, “Let’s do this.” These are individual reactions, not statements from Rumble.
Opinion: a low bar of 10 videos a month with no audience minimums is a real draw for smaller streamers. But until the “eligible ads” definition and the private terms are public, “up to 90%” is a ceiling, not a guarantee.
